Yi Chin started working as a Full Stack Developer at 2hats Super-Grads in May 2018. During this time, they achieved building a Close.io-like email marketing platform within 3 weeks, which connected with over 4000 customers. They also implemented LinkedIn authentication for both the website and mobile platforms. In November 2018, Yi Chin joined Assignar as a Senior Software Engineer.

Yi Chin holds a Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering, which was obtained from National Sun Yat-Sen University. This degree was pursued from 2013 to 2016. Prior to that, Yi Chin completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Information Engineering from Providence University from 2009 to 2013.

In addition to these formal degrees, Yi Chin has also obtained certifications in different fields. One such certification is the AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate, which was obtained from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in December 2021. Yi Chin also holds an IELTS General Training certification with a score of 6.5, which was obtained from the British Council in June 2021.
