Jean Cara Mangalao is an experienced QA Engineer at CHAMP Cargosystems since November 2019, focusing on functional testing for mobile and desktop applications, along with defect reporting in JIRA. Previously, Jean served as an R&D Engineer at Nokia from April 2014 to October 2019, where responsibilities included software quality assurance, scrum mastering, and integration and verification testing within usability and UI competence and WBTS recovery teams. Jean also briefly held a scrum master position at Amkor Technology Philippines in 2012 and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, completed in 2013.
