Bill Cicchetti is the Business Analyst at AssetWorks LLC. Since joining the company in April 2014, Bill has also been serving as a Certified Zendesk Administrator. Before this, Bill was the Manager of FleetFocus FA Customer Support at AssetWorks LLC for over 15 years, supervising a support staff and assisting over 265 clients with 3,000 registered end users. Prior to their time at AssetWorks LLC, Bill held various roles at companies such as Peregrine, Olive Garden, Prototype, TGI Fridays, and World Wrapps. Bill holds a BS in Food Service Administration from California State University, Long Beach and has also pursued education at UC San Diego, University of California, Berkeley, University of San Diego, and Xaverian.
