Kathy Harrison has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Kathy started their career in 1981 at the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP), where they held various positions such as External Relations Manager, Field Account Manager, and others. During their time at the DWP, they were responsible for managing employer relationships, securing vacancies for unemployed individuals, and budget management.
Following their tenure at the DWP, Kathy worked as a Partnership Manager at the Learning & Skills Council from 2007 to 2010, focusing on building partnerships within the education sector. Kathy then moved on to serve as a 14-19 Partnership Manager at Dorset County Council from 2010 to 2011.
From 2011 to 2015, Kathy worked as an Account Relationship Manager at the South West Regional Assessment Centre, where they managed client accounts and built relationships with key stakeholders.
Most recently, Kathy served as a Business Development Manager at Aspire Training Team since 2015. In this role, they were responsible for building relationships with businesses and supporting them with their training needs.
Additionally, Kathy volunteered as a Swimming Coach for Ringwood Seals from 2001 to 2009, coaching individuals of various age groups in swimming techniques and skills.
