Fathima Milha is currently serving as a Corporate Communications Intern at Cinnamon Hotels & Resorts since May 2024. Additionally, Fathima holds the position of National Project Manager - Business Development at AIESEC in Sri Lanka, where responsibilities include managing partnership accounts with notable Sri Lankan brands. Fathima has also held various leadership roles in business development within AIESEC, including Local Committee Vice President, Team Leader for Partnership Development, and Team Leader for Outgoing Global Volunteering. Fathima's educational background includes studies at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka and the University of Peradeniya, where a Bachelor of Business Administration is being pursued, along with ongoing education at the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing and CIM - The Chartered Institute of Marketing.
