Nathalie Bailey RN MSN MS LMHC PMHNP-BC is an experienced healthcare professional currently serving as the Director of Community-Based Nursing at Aspire Health Alliance since August 2022. Nathalie has held various leadership roles, including Chief Executive Officer at Bailey Solutions since February 2017, and has previously worked as a Behavioral Health Nurse Navigator at South Shore Health and Director of Emergency Services at Aspire Health Alliance. With a strong background in clinical and forensic settings, Nathalie has also served as Clinical Coordinator at NFI North and Intensive Case Manager at Henderson Behavioral Health. Academically, Nathalie holds a Master of Science in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing from Regis College, a Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor of Science in Clinical Psychology from Husson University.
