Kieran O'Sullivan has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Kieran started their career in 2004 as a Helpdesk Support Analyst at Siemens Business Services, where they provided 1st level support for Yellow Pages UK customers and resolved various technical issues, earning recognition for their performance. Kieran then moved on to IBM as a Software Support Technician, providing phone-based software support to IBM staff and resolving Lotus Notes issues. In 2004, Kieran also joined Atos International as an Application Developer, starting as a Junior Developer and subsequently being promoted to the role of Application Developer in 2007. Kieran dealt with incidents, fixed bugs and issues, and gained valuable experience in application development. In 2014, Kieran joined Aspen Grove Solutions as a T2 Support Engineer and later became the Team Lead for T2 Support. Currently, they hold the position of Integrations Developer at the company.
Kieran O'Sullivan attended Causeway Comprehensive School from 1993 to 1998. Following their secondary education, they pursued a BSc in Computing with Enterprise Studies (Software Development) at Munster Technological University from 1999 to 2003.
