Shu Heng Ng is a System Analyst at ASM Pacific Technology Ltd. since September 2014, where responsibilities include assisting the Team Leader in managing team operations, developing web applications to meet user needs, and providing comprehensive system support and training. Prior to this role, Shu Heng served as an Analyst Programmer, focusing on SAP and web application development. From May 2011 to May 2014, Shu Heng held the position of Junior Project Leader at Wisecore Technology Sdn Bhd, working on software solutions for SMEs and local authorities within Malaysia. Shu Heng holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science and Management Mathematics from Campbell University and a Diploma in Computer Science and Management Mathematics from Tunku Abdul Rahman College.
