Julie Sivilay currently works as an Underwriting Analyst and Marine Claims Analyst at Tokio Marine America, where responsibilities include assisting with logistical monthly reports and managing multiple carrier accounts, as well as administering claims processes. Previous experience includes serving as the Second Princess in the Miss Lao San Diego pageant, representing the Lao community, and working as a Marketing Volunteer to support educational policy initiatives. Julie has also held leadership roles in Gamma Iota Sigma, managing media relations and event coordination, and has extensive experience in family-owned restaurant management involving operations, marketing, and employee training. Julie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Cal State Fullerton and two Associate of Arts degrees from Pasadena City College.
