Tom Castenmiller is an experienced professional with a career at ASML since March 1997, currently serving as Project Leader for the Node SPDS team, which focuses on aligning product and technology portfolios with customer needs over the next decade. Prior roles include Senior Manager System Engineering, where Tom led a group of engineers, and various system engineering positions contributing to critical technology developments in photolithography. Earlier experience at Oce involved research and development in wide format printing and document scanning. Tom holds a Master's degree in Physics from Eindhoven University of Technology.
