Dominik Urban is an experienced Engineering Manager at Laird Thermal Systems, with a tenure beginning in November 2016, where responsibilities include the restoration of small-batch production from abroad and the creation of comprehensive manufacturing documentation such as work procedures, flow charts, visualizations, FMEA, and bills of materials. Prior to this role, Dominik served as a Technologist at Knorr-Bremse from May 2015 to October 2016, focusing on the collection and implementation of daily output from a transferred assembly line and establishing an automated database for innovative ideas. Additionally, Dominik worked as a CNC Mechanic at Aluminium Racing Products, Inc. for a brief period in early 2016, producing aluminum parts for motorsports and aviation while completing studies at SPÅ SE Liberec from 2010 to 2014.
