Mümin Özsipahi started their work experience in 2011 as a Research Assistant at Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi. Mümin then joined Aselsan in 2015, where they held the positions of Senior Expert Engineer and later became a Lead Engineer. Since the end dates for their roles at Aselsan are not provided, it can be assumed that they are currently working there.

Mümin Özsipahi obtained a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Middle East Technical University from 2002 to 2007. Mümin also pursued a Master's degree in the same field at the same university from 2007 to 2009.
