Joshua Houle is an experienced Test Engineer at Textron Systems since July 2022, where responsibilities include leading test planning and execution, coordinating with various departments to meet customer requirements, and analyzing test results. Prior experience includes a role as a Research Assistant at the University at Buffalo, where Joshua collected and processed data on shoulder fatigue thresholds, and as a Data Analyst at Rich Products Corporation, where Joshua developed a dashboard for data analysis to enhance business opportunities and model performance. Joshua is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University at Buffalo, following a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from the same institution.
