Sharon Sinsky Hopkins has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Sharon began their career at Hewlett-Packard in 1980 as a Software Engineer and worked there until 1982. Sharon then joined Intel as a Product Manager from 1984 to 1986. In 1986, they joined Light Industries as a Vice President, a role they held until 2012. During their time at Light Industries, they also served as the Vice President at Micro Wholesalers from 1987 to 1994. In 2012, they became the VP Strategic Accounts at Ascend Technologies and was previously the co-CEO of Doextra CRM Solutions (now Ascend).

Sharon Sinsky Hopkins earned a BA in Mathematical Sciences from The Johns Hopkins University, which they attended from 1977 to 1980. Sharon also holds an SM degree in Management from the MIT Sloan School of Management, obtained between 1982 and 1984. Additionally, they have obtained certifications including Pardot Certified Consultant from Salesforce.com in 2015, Salesforce.com Sales Cloud Consultant from salesforce.com in 2012, and Salesforce.com Service Cloud Consultant from Salesforce.com.
