Michael Luk has a diverse work experience in the medical device industry. Michael started their career as a Research Associate at Surmodics, Inc. in 1993. Michael then joined Boston Scientific in 1994 as a Sr. Process Development Engineer, where they worked for 12 years. In 2006, they transitioned to Coloplast as a Sr. Research & Development Engineer and stayed there until 2009. At Teleflex, they served as a Sr. Product Development Engineer from 2009 to 2012. Michael then moved on to Endologix Inc, where they held the role of R&D Project Manager from 2012 to 2015. Currently, they are working as the Director of Research & Development at Asahi Intecc USA, Inc.

Michael Luk has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota. Michael also has a Master of Science degree in Management of Technology (Innovation) from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
