Zainab L. is a seasoned UX Research Lead at Rocket Travel, a position held since January 2023, with prior experience as a Senior UX Researcher and UX Researcher at Scott's Cheap Flights from August 2021 to January 2023. Zainab also contributed as a UX Researcher at Sally Beauty from October 2020 to August 2021, and as a Content + QA Strategist at Hilti North America between January 2017 and October 2020. Early career experience includes roles as a Researcher & Grant Writer at Gregg Partners and an intern in Leadership & Employee Training at Southwest Airlines. Zainab holds a Master of Arts in Interaction and User Experience Design from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Science in Public Affairs with a concentration in Human Research from The University of Texas at Dallas.
