Alinde Fojtik has work experience in the field of scientific research and wildlife management. From 2010 to 2012, they worked as a Lead Waterfowl Banding Technician at the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, where they trained and supervised a team, captured and banded various waterfowl species, located and monitored nests, and tracked hens and broods. From 2013 to the present, they worked as a Research Professional I at the Southeastern Cooperative Wildlife Disease Study, where they assembled and processed biological samples for influenza detection, analyzed samples for avian influenza using various techniques, and submitted detailed reports. In 2023, they joined Aruna Bio, Inc. as a Nonclinical Research Associate.
Between 2007 and 2011, Alinde Fojtik pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Wildlife Biology, conservation, and management from Kansas State University.
