Phillip McLaughlin is a skilled professional with a diverse background in the arts and customer service. Currently a Visitor Experience Representative at ARTECHOUSE since March 2018, Phillip is responsible for greeting visitors, managing crowd control, and enhancing the overall visitor experience through education about ARTECHOUSE's mission and current installations. Phillip also engages with guests and addresses ticketing inquiries. In addition, Phillip has worked as a Part-time Expert Production Artist at CustomInk since September 2015, focusing on transforming customer designs into vectored graphics. A former Character Designer for Nat20Art, Phillip created diverse D&D characters, and has experience in graphic design from roles at the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Visual Communications from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and attended ITT Technical Institute from 2013 to 2018.
