Philip Chandler has extensive experience in the arts and music sector. Philip is currently the Head of Trusts and Foundations at Art Fund, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at the London Symphony Orchestra from 2016 to 2023, where they served as the Head of Strategic Funding and Trusts and Foundations Manager. From 2012 to 2016, Philip held roles at Spitalfields Music, including Development Manager and Development Administrator. In 2011, they worked as an Administrative Intern at the London Mozart Players and as a Marketing and Publicity Intern at Brighton Early Music Festival Limited.

From 2008 to 2011, Philip Chandler attended the University of Sussex. During this time, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music.
