Elizabeth Lisic serves as the Assistant Director of the BIRCH Professional Learning Center at Branch Alliance for Educator Diversity since March 2021, where responsibilities include the strategic development, assessment, and facilitation of professional learning programs tailored to educational institutions. Previous experience includes a role as Continuous Improvement Coach, developing collaborations with educational leaders to enhance capacity-building initiatives, and as Adjunct Faculty at Tennessee Technological University, teaching various psychology courses and improving student learning outcomes. Elizabeth also worked as the Assistant Director of the Center for Assessment and Improvement of Learning, managing operations of a grant-funded research center and training educators in critical thinking skills. Academic qualifications include a PhD in Exceptional Learning from Tennessee Technological University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Lee University.
