Richard Gregg is an experienced Operations Director currently serving at Arsenal F.C. since November 2023. Previously, Richard held the position of Operations Director at Woodhall Estate from May 2022 to November 2023, overseeing a thriving rural estate in Hertfordshire. Between July 2005 and February 2022, Richard directed operations at Saracens RFC, where responsibilities included managing daily operations, shaping strategic decisions, and facilitating major sports and events. Earlier roles included Stadium Operations Manager and Head of Rugby Development for Saracens, and Membership Executive at Athletics Ireland from October 2003 to July 2005, focusing on member relations and event coordination. Richard completed a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons.) in Sport and Recreation Development from Leeds Metropolitan University.
