Viral Makwana has worked in various roles since 2011. Viral started their career as the Head and Training and Placement Officer at BHAGWAN MAHAVIR COLLEGE OF ENGG. AND TECH., SURAT 006 in 2011. In 2017, they moved to S. Kiran silk mills as Manager. Currently, they are working as Operations Manager at XYXX Apparels since 2021.

Viral Makwana earned a Master of Engineering (MEng) from Gujarat Technological University in 2011, where they studied Electrical Power System. Viral also earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) from South Gujarat University in 2008, where they studied Electrical Engineering.
