Cedric Bray has a diverse work experience spanning over the years. Cedric began their career as a Manufacturing Supervisor at Ingersoll Rand in 2004 and eventually became a Focus Factory Manager. In 2008, they joined Pentair as a Manufacturing Manager, and later transitioned into the role of Warehouse Fulfillment Manager.

In 2011, Bray moved to Precision Castparts, where they held various roles including Business Unit Manager, Operations Manager, Director of Human Resources, and Multi-Site Director of Human Resources.

In 2017, they joined Senior Aerospace SSP as Vice President of Human Resources, where they served until 2022. Currently, they are the Vice President of Human Resources at Arrowhead Products, a position they began in November 2022.

With their extensive experience in human resources and manufacturing, Bray brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to each role they undertake.

Cedric Bray, MSM, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a strong educational background in engineering management and human resource management. Cedric attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1996 to 2000, where they earned their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Management. Following this, they pursued further education at Troy University from 2006 to 2007, earning their Master of Science (M.S.) degree. Cedric'smaster's degree specialized in Management with a concentration in Human Resource Management.

In addition to their academic achievements, Cedric Bray has also obtained several certifications related to human resource management. In 2014, they received the Professional in Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Cedric further enhanced their expertise by obtaining the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification from HRCI in June 2020. Most recently, in July 2021, Cedric acquired the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).
