Christopher Lewis is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and structured finance. Since founding The Law Offices of Christopher H. Lewis, Esq. in January 2019, Christopher has also served as Chief Compliance Officer at Arrow Funds and Arrow Investment Advisors since July 2021, having previously held the same role from August 2016 to January 2018. Christopher's career includes positions such as Counsel at Finitive, General Counsel and Managing Director at Eaglewood Capital Management, and General Counsel and Director at Alaric Compliance Services. Christopher has also been a partner at notable law firms including Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and Simmons & Simmons, where Christopher contributed to significant legal advancements in securitization. Christopher holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from William & Mary.
