Elena Pavel currently serves as the Country Director for Romania at ARRISE powering Pragmatic Play since June 2023. Previously, Elena held multiple leadership roles at IGT PlayDigital from October 2020 to June 2023, including Team Lead Account Management for the EMEA region, where responsibilities included managing tier 1 global operator accounts and leading commercial teams to surpass revenue targets. Prior experiences include serving as an Account Manager at Momentum Worldwide, managing notable clients such as Mastercard and Heineken, as well as positions at Geometry Global and Petrus Communications, where expertise in project and budget management was demonstrated. Elena's career began as an Event Planner, and educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Political Science with a focus on International Relations and European Studies from the National School of Political Science and Public Administration.
