Raju Das is a seasoned production professional with extensive experience in film and television production. Currently serving as Head of Production and Operations at Black Magic World Entertainment Pvt Ltd since August 2013, Raju has been instrumental in leading the division and establishing an in-house team, overseeing projects from budgeting through to final production, including post-production and marketing. Prior roles include Production Executive at Big Synergy and various leadership positions at Shree Venkatesh Films, Grassroot Entertainment Pvt Ltd, Eskay Movies Pvt Ltd, and Sphere Origins, where Raju handled production from pre to post for daily soaps. Raju's career began at T. Sarkar Pvt Ltd in client services and brand promotion at MRF, complemented by a Bachelor's Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Calcutta.
