Carla Benítez, MBA has a diverse work experience. Carla began their career in 2016 as a Student Assistant at The University of Texas at Austin. In 2019, they moved on to become an HRIS Coordinator at Fossil Group, Inc. In 2020, they took on the role of Human Resources Assistant at MISA Imports Inc. and is currently working as the HR & Finance Manager at Arm Candy since 2021.

Carla Benítez has an educational background that includes a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communication Studies from The University of Texas at Austin (2014-2018), as well as a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University (2020-2022). Prior to attending The University of Texas at Austin, they attended Ursuline Academy of Dallas from 2010-2014, and St. John's Episcopal School prior to that.
