Angelica Cintron, MBA, currently serves as the Associate Director of People Analytics at Optum, a position held since October 2024. Prior to this role, Angelica worked at ProHEALTH from August 2019 to November 2024, advancing through various titles including Senior Manager of HR Operations, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Business Partner. Angelica's earlier experience includes serving as a Human Resources Manager at Cognizant Technology Solutions from March 2013 to August 2019 and an internship at Adelphi University AAUP, where responsibilities included designing a newsletter and managing digital union documents.
