Scott Stein has held numerous roles in the technology industry since 2008. Scott began their career as President and CEO of Xetus, where they redirected the sales focus and grew revenue to achieve a cash-flow-positive position. In 2014, they became the Executive Vice President of Sales at Mercury Network, LLC, increasing monthly recurring revenue by 40% and increasing the installed customer base by 10%. In 2015, they joined Roostify as Vice President of Sales, increasing revenue by 400% and more than tripling the number of customers over an 18 month period. In 2017, they held two Vice President of Sales roles at Preclose and Maxwell, respectively, where they increased MRR from less than $20K to over $65K in two quarters and hired, trained and coached a team of sales professionals. In 2019, they joined HT Mobile Apps as Senior Vice President of Sales and Black Knight as Senior Vice President of National Sales, where they were the lead subject matter expert for and led the introduction of the Black Knight mortgage point of sale solution for the new Empower Now! loan origination (LOS) platform. In 2020, they became an Advisor and Vice President of Sales, Business Development and Marketing at BIOtouchless, Inc. Currently, they are a Senior Account Executive at Arkestro, taking predictive procurement to the next level with predictive analytics.
Scott Stein received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) from the University of Michigan, with a focus in Control Systems and Power Distribution. In 2005, they attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business for Finance for Executives.
