Rabea Chaudhary is currently an advisor at Kapalya. Prior to that, they worked as an M&A Finance and Business Intelligence Change Management and Communications Lead at Symantec from July 2010 to May 2011. Before that, they worked as a psychotherapist, facilitator, and coach in private practice from October 2007 to December 2010 where they worked on innovation in psychiatric crisis systems (social, medical, and legal) and co-developed a high-trust counseling method for cross-cultural partnerships. Rabea is a registered therapist (IMF 61953).

Rabea Chaudhary has a certificate in strategy execution from Harvard Business School Online, an M.A. in Jungian psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, and a B.A. from Emory University.
