Joe Ciborek has a diverse work experience in the technology industry. Joe started their career as a Senior Account Executive at One Communications in 2001 and worked there until 2006. Following this, they joined DCT Telecom Group, Inc. as a Senior Account Executive from 2006 to 2009. Joe then returned to One Communications as a Senior Account Executive from 2009 to 2010, and later transitioned into the role of an Area Sales Manager for the company from 2010 to 2010. In 2010, Joe joined Windstream as a Senior Account Executive until 2012. After their time at Windstream, they became the Director of Carrier and Cloud Services at Bay Pointe Technology from 2012 to 2017. In 2017, Joe took on a new challenge and became the Owner of Qanik Technology and also worked as a Business Development professional at ARKAY Engineering Sales, Inc., both roles presently ongoing.

Joe Ciborek attended Stow Munroe Falls from 1987 to 1991, but did not earn a degree or specify a field of study. Joe then attended the University of Cincinnati from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Painting. Finally, Joe attended Kent State University from 1995 to 1996, earning another Bachelor's of Fine Arts degree in Painting.
