Sarena Virani is an experienced marketing and customer experience professional with a robust background in the home care industry. Currently serving as Director of Marketing Events & Experiences and Director of Customer Experience at Aritzia since September 2019, Sarena has previously held senior roles at Home Care Assistance, where responsibilities included leading client experience and strategic initiatives. Sarena's prior experience also encompasses operational management at Nurse Next Door, as well as talent development and HR functions at Rosemary Rocksalt.
