Melanie Müller has extensive experience in human resources management. Melanie most recently worked as the Head of Human Resources at ARGO-HYTOS since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the same role at Gerhard Rösch GmbH from 2008 to 2022. Melanie was also a Guest Lecturer for Human Resources Management at Reutlingen University from 2015 to 2016. Before that, they worked at Bombardier Transportation as the Director of Human Resources, Division Locomotives from 2002 to 2007 and as a Manager of Human Resources from 2000 to 2002. In 1999, they worked in International Mobility Management at Daimler AG, and earlier in their career, they worked as a Legal Clerk at AUDI AG from 1996 to 1997.

Melanie Müller attended The Philipp University of Marburg from 1989 to 1994, where they pursued a degree in Law and successfully completed their Examen. In addition, they acquired the Insights Discovery Accreditation from Insights, although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
