Erik Andresen currently serves in Talent and Development at The Morning Star Company since June 2022. Prior to this role, Erik held the position of Director of Client Services at Healthcare IS from October 2021 to June 2022. Erik's extensive experience also includes a long tenure at the Foundation for Harmony and Prosperity as Operations from November 2008 to October 2021, as well as serving as Talent Acquisition Manager at The Morning Star Company during the same period. Additionally, Erik worked as a Senior Project Coordinator at Management Recruiters of Davis from June 2003 to September 2008. Erik holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2003 and 2005.
