Shraddha K has worked in a variety of roles since 2019. Shraddha began their career as an Internship Trainee at Ashok Leyland in 2019, followed by an Audit Associate role at Sri Hari K & Co. in 2020. Shraddha currently holds the position of Business Associate at ARGA Investment Management, LP since 2021.

Shraddha K has a comprehensive education history. Shraddha began their educational career in 2005 at P. S. Senior Secondary School, where they earned their Central Board of Secondary Education [CBSE] High School degree in Business/Commerce, General in 2017. Shraddha then attended M.O.P. Vaishnav College For Women in India, where they obtained their B.com degree in Accounting and Finance in 2020. Shraddha is currently enrolled at University of Madras, where they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration - MBA in Financial Accounting. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Corporate Finance Institute\u00ae (CFI) in Corporate finance fundamentals (May 2022) and Introduction to ESG (April 2022), as well as a Certificatation Course in Management and Entrepreneurship from Great Lakes Institute of Management (February 2017).
