Jose Angel Fernandez Segovia is a Data Analytics Manager for Network Quality at Arelion since October 2022, focusing on the development and monitoring of data-driven tools to enhance network quality. Previously, Jose served as a Data Scientist at Lynx Analytics from August 2018 to October 2022, contributing to various projects across multiple sectors, including telecommunications and online banking, in a multicultural environment. Prior experience includes roles as a Data Scientist at Basebone, where insights were extracted from subscription services data, and as a Research Engineer at Universidad de Málaga in collaboration with Ericsson, working on LTE planning and optimization. Early career efforts involved positions as an O&M Engineer at Arca Telecom and an internship at Vodafone, where foundational tasks were performed in equipment management. Jose holds a PhD in Telecommunications Engineering as well as multiple degrees from Universidad de Málaga, including an MBA and Master's degrees in Telecommunications Engineering.
