Melanie Symms has extensive experience in talent acquisition and recruiting. Melanie is currently the Director of Recruiting at Arctic Glacier Premium Ice. Prior to this role, they worked at SDI as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they led a team of recruiters and built relationships with teams across the US, Canada, and Mexico. Melanie also managed the full life cycle talent acquisition process and implemented two different Applicant Tracking Systems.
