Frederic Verkaeren has extensive work experience in human resources and information systems solutions. Frederic is currently the Head of HR Tooling & Analytics at EQUANS BeLux, where they are responsible for implementing IS Solutions to support management of contingent workforces and enhance employee experience. Frederic is also involved in various projects related to GDPR & cybersecurity, digitalization of sign processes, managing contingent workforces, and automating HR processes.

Prior to their current role, Verkaeren worked at ENGIE Electrabel as an HR IS Solutions Manager, where they focused on implementing IS solutions to support HR processes and enhance employee experiences. Frederic also worked on projects related to digitalization of sign processes, managing contingent workforces, and e-learning paths.

Verkaeren also has previous experience in HR performance and organization, HR controlling and analytics, process management, and sales and training in the energy industry.

Before their career in the energy industry, Verkaeren worked at Evosys, where they were involved in sales and implementation of software packages for "IMMO" brokers.
