Justin LaFerriere has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Justin began their career in 2003 as a Store Manager at Hollywood Video and later worked as a Store Manager at Starbucks Canada from 2015 to 2017. In 2005, they joined Community Awareness Services as a Senior Public Involvement Specialist/Deputy Project Manager, where they stayed until 2017. Justin then transitioned to Indigo, where they held roles as a Customer Experience Manager for both Print and Operations from 2017 to 2020. Since 2020, Justin has been working at Arc'teryx Equipment, starting as an Assistant Store Manager and progressing to roles such as Interim Store Manager, Technical Implementation Lead, and currently as a Program Manager - Omnichannel.

Justin LaFerriere began their education in 2011 at Houston Community College where they studied Fine and Studio Arts until 2012. In 2013, they attended Vancouver Film School and earned a Diploma with Honours in Classical Animation.
