Rod Alavi has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles. Rod started their career at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc. in 1995, where they worked as a Territory Account Manager and later as a National Account Manager and Regional Sales Manager. Rod was responsible for managing sales teams and achieving revenue growth in their regions.
In 2000, Alavi joined Alcoa Fastening Systems & Rings (now part of Arconic) as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Rod was later promoted to Vice President Americas, where they had direct responsibility for sales and marketing operations. Rod also managed a separate B2B distribution business in North America.
Since 2014, Alavi has been working at Arconic as the Global Vice President of Sales/Marketing and Distribution Operations. Rod is responsible for overseeing sales and marketing efforts worldwide for the Industrial Products Division. Rod manages multiple brands and markets, ranging from heavy commercial transportation to automotive and general industrial.

Rod Alavi completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication, General from Gatesville University in an unspecified year prior to 2004.
