Ana MartÃnez Palancar has a diverse work experience in HR and training roles. Ana started their career in 1998 in the Spanish Ministry of Education, where they worked in labor/employment orientation. Ana then moved on to Fundación Adsis, where they were an employment counselor. Ana joined CVE Confederación Vallisoletana de Empresarios in 2002 as the Head of the Training Department and later became the coordinator for the professional orientation program. In 2008, they joined ThyssenKrupp Elevator Southern Europe, Africa & Middle East, where they held various roles including Senior Training Specialist, Training Manager, Compensation & Performance Management Manager, and Compensation & HR Projects Manager. In 2015, they transferred to ThyssenKrupp Elevator Europe & Africa as the Head of Management Development. Finally, in 2017, Ana joined thyssenkrupp Elevadores as the Head of HR Operations.
Ana MartÃnez Palancar has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the Universidad de Salamanca. Ana also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (B.B.A.) from the Universidad de Valladolid. Additionally, they pursued doctoral studies in Social Psychology with a focus on Social Psychology of Organizations at the Università degli Studi di Padova. Ana further expanded their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Labor Risks Prevention with a specialization in Ergonomy and Psychosociology from Laborprex Auditores.
