Natalia Maksymenko is a Senior Strategic Project Manager at Architrave GmbH, leading initiatives at a higher organizational level and impacting 60 customers through a self-service platform. Prior to this, Natalia worked as a Head of Product Management at TipTape, where Natalia led product-related activities within a team of 6 people. With a background in Computer Science and Business Administration & Engineering, Natalia has experience in roles such as Scrum Master at Vodafone and IT Project Lead at Mohn Media. Natalia also served as the Chief of Staff to COO, participating in a program aimed at building future leaders.
