Helen Song has a career spanning various roles in human resources, starting as a Compensation Benefits Coordinator at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan. Helen then moved on to work at companies like Algorithmics, The Citco Group Limited, NEI Investments, and Aviso Wealth in different HR-related positions. Currently, Helen serves as the Director of People Operations at ThoughtExchange. Helen holds a BSc. from the University of Toronto - University College and a Post-Grad Certification in Human Resources Management from Seneca Polytechnic.
