Michelle Jeanty has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Michelle currently works as a Sales, Marketing and Advertising Consultant on a freelance basis. Prior to this, they held the position of Guest Relations/Compliance Officer at ArchCare, where they ensured the satisfaction of both short- and long-term residents and assisted with compliance matters.

Michelle also has experience as a Recruiter, having worked as a temporary Recruiter at Fairleigh Dickinson University and as a Contract Recruiter at Health Monitor Network. In these roles, Michelle was responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process, including job requirements assessment, sourcing, and negotiating offers.

Michelle has also worked as an Executive Recruiter at ThinkTPG, where they helped individuals navigate the job market and find suitable opportunities. Additionally, they have experience as a Direct Mail Manager at North Jersey Media Group, a Licensed Real Estate Agent at Weichert Realtors, and an Account Executive at Premiere Conferencing, North Jersey Media Group, and Donnelley Directory Yellow Bk.

Michelle Jeanty attended Marymount Manhattan College from 1979 to 1982. During their time there, they pursued a degree in Marketing, Advertising, and Public Relations.
