Nathan Baumgardner is currently an Assistant Director of Compliance at the University of Cincinnati Department of Athletics, previously working as an Academic Advisor at Wright State University Athletics. With a background in compliance, academic coaching, and event management, Nathan has experience working with student athletes to ensure academic success and adherence to NCAA regulations. Nathan holds a master's degree in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati.
