Scott Kline, ACTAR, is a seasoned forensic engineer at ARCCA since May 2017. With over two decades of experience in emergency services as a lieutenant at Southampton Fire Company, Scott also held engineering roles at Flexible Circuits Inc. and Lockheed Martin, where responsibilities included processes and manufacturing. Scott's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Engineering Management from Drexel University's LeBow College of Business, complemented by a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
