Andreas Wicaksono is an experienced software engineer and team lead, currently working at PasarPolis since April 2019 as an Engineering Team Lead, where responsibilities include creating a business platform for insurance agents, maintaining microservices, and enhancing UI/UX for agents while leading a team of four developers. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Software Engineer at PasarPolis, where Andreas maintained and improved a high-transaction product and developed new offerings for insurance partners. At Jurnal, from December 2016 to April 2019, leadership was provided to a team of eight in developing features for the journal.id platform using Ruby on Rails and React. Earlier positions include a Full-stack Developer role at PT Lokeria, where Andreas built a job searching platform, and a part-time role at Hobo Games, contributing to a puzzle game project utilizing the Unity engine. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung, completed in 2016.
