Prerana Kamble is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the HR Associate Director and People Business Partner at Arcadis, Prerana plays a pivotal role in the organization's people strategy. Prerana is also a facilitator for the Women of Colour Program, showcasing a commitment to diversity and inclusion. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Manager HRD at Cybage Software and Dy. Manager HR (Senior HR Business Partner) at YASH Technologies, in addition to independent consulting as an HR consultant and event services professional. Prerana holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from Symbiosis College of Arts & Commerce.
