Shivani Wadhawan Malhotra has over a decade of experience in human resources, currently serving as the Manager of Global HR Enablement for Ramboll since March 2013. In this role, Shivani provides functional support for various HR applications, including Workday, Peakon, ServiceNow, and Cornerstone. Previously, Shivani held positions as Team Lead for Workday Support and Recruitment Lead for Global Talent Acquisition, where responsibilities included leading a multicultural recruitment team servicing multiple global regions. Prior to Ramboll, Shivani worked as an HR Generalist at Halcrow, a CH2M HILL Company. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Symbiosis, Pune University, and a graduation degree from Delhi University.
