Jennifer Haddad is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in retail consulting and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at Arcadia Consulting since February 2020, Jennifer focuses on sustainable behavioral and cultural change through strategic development and client management. Prior experience includes working as a Retail Business Consultant at JenniferH.ca, where advocacy for independent retail and customer service excellence was paramount, and as Founder & CEO of Db Babies Trading, the first e-commerce baby gift store in the UAE. Jennifer's earlier roles include establishing a Dubai office for rogenSi and supporting executives at Accenture as an Executive Assistant, as well as gaining valuable experience as Cabin Crew for Virgin Atlantic.
